About

Dhuha J. Abdulsalam joined KU in 2020. Dhuha’s research focuses on how organizations compete through people, and the influence of HR practices on people’s behaviors, attitudes, and performance. Specifically, she studies the strategic role of compensation in attracting, retaining, and motivating individuals and groups.

Dhuha received her MHR and doctorate from the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, USA. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florida International University, USA.
