Awadh Khalaf Alenezi, Professor of Administration and Human Resource Management.  Jointed Kuwait University since 1993. He Held a Post-Doctoral Diploma in Management – New York University in Buffalo, USA 1993, PhD in Management – University of Bath – United Kingdom 1991, Master of Business Administration – University of Wales in the United Kingdom 1986  , BS in Business Administration – Kuwait 1982. He had several administrative and leadership positions at Kuwait University and a cultural attaché.  His research interests and publications in planning, strategic planning, organizational behavior, ethics and organizational culture.  He designed, participated  and implemented several training and advisory programs for the public and private sectors.
